Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesPosition provides Secretarial/clerical support to the programs section, time entry of timesheets, and other administrative duties as assigned. This position maintains records using a personal computer and systematic filing system. Position has contact with staff, inmate population, and the general public. Must be able to use a variety of office machines to include copiers, fax, and scanner. Maintains a variety of records and documents. Handles confidential and sensitive information for inclusion in correspondence and personnel related issues. Must be able to plan work accordingly, understand directives, and carry out both oral and written instructions.

Salary Range: $ 31,200 - $51,249
