SageHome is seeking an Administrative Associate to join the Administrative Support Team in Indianapolis. This full-time, non-exempt role involves coordinating tasks across sales, inventory management, and service departments, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Typical duties include triaging orders, processing credits, remittances, and monitoring dashboards, while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with policies.

  • Process and distribute Credit Memos while verifying material accuracy and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate draw remittances, funding verification, and final payment processing to ensure transactions are reconciled promptly.
  • Monitor internal dashboards and job queues to track approvals, deposit holds, and job readiness.
  • Support production workflows by tracking job statuses through completion across internal systems.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups to confirm job completion, collect final payments, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on contract reviews, approval workflows, and partner program processes.
  • Verify financing approvals and assist customers with required documentation and submission requirements.
  • Maintain an organized workflow while supporting team members and operational needs as they arise.

As a member of the Administrative Support Team, the Administrative Associate plays a critical role in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple business functions ranging from sales and inventory management to the service department.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. No holidays, no weekends, no late nights. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, & vision insurance, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:
