Job Details: Purpose Support research and quality teams through hands-on operations and digital projects. Ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual available in Austin, TX, Spring 2026. This role offers exposure to innovative tools and processes that drive organizational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve data accuracy and workflow performance.

Responsibilities
  • Elevate Operations: Support daily administrative needs for our research, outcomes, quality, and data analytics teams.
  • Innovate & Organize: Lead organizational projects to streamline our team's efficiency and optimize our workspace.
  • Digital Transformation: Design and implement crucial digital directories, calendars, and processes.
  • Learn & Grow: Gain hands-on experience in program administration and project management within a leading medical institution.
Required Qualifications
  • Eligible for Work-Study employment with UT
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to arrive on time and maintain flexibility
  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills
  • Interest in public health, healthcare, social science, or research
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality
  • Eligible for Work-Study employment with UT
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Candidates should have experience working in a clinical setting that involves patient interaction.
  • They should also have completed coursework in health education, public health, research methodology, or social science.
  • Additionally, experience in data collection and analysis is highly desirable.
