AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to assist management with our growing organization. We are looking for an independent thinker, self-motivated, self-starter who never gives up, finds a way, and a resilient individual with a high energy level and great attention to detail. In addition to being a quick learner, this new hire should have good written and verbal skills and be well organized.

This is a primarily work-from-home position. You must have high-speed internet and prefer to have a 27″ or larger monitor, keyboard & mouse for use with our company laptop. (If you live within a 1-hour drive of the office, we can loan you a monitor, keyboard & mouse as well as the laptop).

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:

  • Must Be Outgoing, Reliable, Punctual, and Dependable in both work produced and attendance.
  • Clock in on time and work the total number of hours and work production amount as agreed upon.
  • Have the ability to adapt readily and quickly to changing assignments as daily demands change.
  • Experienced in successfully working independently, being part of a team, and maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Able to effectively communicate with persons at all levels of business.
  • Have good written and verbal communications skills with the ability to read, understand instructions, and maintain written reports/records.
  • Tech-Savvy – Experienced in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and learning new programs quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-discipline.
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and multi-task. Ability to establish priorities effectively.
  • Analytical – Able to analyze information, problem-solve, and break a problem down into the elements necessary to solve it and make decisions.
  • Sweats the details – don’t let small stuff slide, fix it right then.
  • Self-Starter – doesn’t let things wait. Gets them done correctly.
  • Resilient – Never give up, finds a way.
  • Process Driven.
  • Must have excellent writing skills.
  • Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Must be over the age of 18, have a Valid Driver’s License, and be able to clear a Criminal Background Check (7-10 years) and Drug Screen.
  • Willing to perform other tasks and jobs as assigned and needed.
