Administrative Assistant to the Upper School Principal

Villa Duchesne is seeking a full-time, experienced Administrative Assistant to the Upper School Principal. The candidate should have a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree in education or similar preferred) and previous administrative assistant experience. This position ensures the efficient operation of the Principal's Office and provides assistance to the Principal, faculty, students, and parents.

The Ideal Candidate Will Also
  • Provide administrative support to the Principal and serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors;
  • Answer phones, manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence as needed;
  • Coordinate substitutes for classroom teachers when necessary;
  • Assist with organizing special events and managing related calendar items.
