Job summary

SkyWest Airlines in Shreveport, Louisiana, is seeking a motivated Administrative/Clerical professional to support the Maintenance team with daily operations, data analysis, and reporting. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Word and Excel, have strong data entry skills and typing speed, and be able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

This is a full-time role with competitive hourly pay and team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of 10-key operations.
• Strong data entry experience.
• Adequate typing and basic math skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Maintenance team with a variety of projects and daily operations.
• Performs data analysis and supports report creation.
• Conduct auditing and ensures accurate record-keeping
• Maintains organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
• Answers and route incoming telephone calls professionally
• Completes additional administrative duties as assigned by the Manager of Maintenance
