Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Our client, a home textiles company, is searching for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their team in NYC!

This is a full-time, on-site position. Requires 5 days a week in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain front office area
  • Greet buyers and vendors upon entry
  • Open and close the showroom
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Handle incoming and outgoing packages
  • Data entry and file management
  • Assist co-founder with daily tasks and calendar management

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in home textiles or relevant industry
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Be able to multitask and work independently
  • Be able to solve problems independently
  • Be punctual
  • Be organized and tidy
