Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to an Executive Director in a fast-paced healthcare setting. You will manage complex calendars, travel plans, and key meetings, draft and polish documents, and help keep critical projects on track with confidentiality and professionalism.

The role requires five years of administrative experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Five years of administrative or secretarial experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate conferences, events, and leadership meetings.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Track projects and update stakeholders on deadlines and progress.
  • Handle confidential communications with discretion.
  • Serve as a primary contact for internal and external customers.
