AFFIRM is seeking an Administrative Assistant to back two Senior Executives on the Engineering Teams. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, and prepare meetings to ensure executives use their time efficiently.
Reporting to the lead Executive Assistant, you will collaborate with the Leadership Support Team and help coordinate cross-functional priorities, events, and special projects while exploring AI tool enhancements for productivity.

We are looking for a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support two Senior Executives on our Engineering Teams. From calendar management and travel planning to coordinating team meetings and events, you will be responsible for making sure the leaders are using their time in the most efficient way possible.
Reporting to the lead Executive Assistant on the Engineering Team, you will partner with your leaders, collaborate closely with the AFFIRM Leadership Support Team, and be a valuable team specialist and individual contributor.
Pay Grade - I
Equity Grade - 3
Employees new to AFFIRM typically come in at the start of the pay range. AFFIRM focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $115,000 - $165,000
USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $101,000 - $151,000
