A client of Innova Solutions is hiring a Administrative Assistant - III.

Position type: Full time – Contract
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas 72211

As an Administrative Assistant - III, you will:

  • Ability to juggle multiple high priority projects
  • Experience supporting a team for their administrative needs.
  • Google Workspace skills (Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Docs, Drive, etc.) & Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
  • Strong networking & relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal & written skills/Time Management/Problem-Solving

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with Google Sheets and Excel for reporting and tracking (1-3 years)
  • Experience with Contracts, Agreements & Amendments (1-3 years) and understanding basic language
  • Experience reviewing, drafting, redlining and legal interpretation (1-3 years)
  • One Confluence experience
  • Legal administrative experience
  • Internal & external client support

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: $18/hr. to $20/hr.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
