Position Details
  • Location: The Nines
  • Duration: 10.5 months, 8 hours/day
  • FLSA: Non-Exempt
  • Open Date: 5/16/2025
  • Closing Date: 5/26/2025
  • Starting Pay: $18.78/hour (salary may vary based on experience)
Essential Job Functions

The Teaching, Learning, and Accountability Administrative Assistant primarily supports assessment and procurement activities within TLA. Responsibilities also include scheduling building requests for curriculum staff and managing guest services in the department.

Qualifications Required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience with financial software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, etc.)
  • Basic spreadsheet skills, including formulas
  • Basic website editing skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and understand student data privacy (FERPA)
