Endeavor Health in Evanston is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to support System VP (Operations and Laboratory) and Laboratory/Pathology Chair, handling recruitment logistics, office setup, and financial tasks. You will manage time and attendance, assist with grant and manuscript preparation, and provide cross-coverage and secretarial support across departments.

• Unique or Preferred Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, knowledge of medical terminology, extensive computer software expertise, minimal typing speed of 55 wpm. Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Hourly Pay Range: $23.24 - $34.86 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
