This is a State Personnel System opportunity for current state employees only.
Starting Salary: $1,462.60 bi-weekly. (Note: Due to current spending restrictions, internal promotions will be filled at the minimum of the pay grade or up to 5% above the current rate, whichever is higher.)
Must be a current State of Florida employee. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Circuit and assist regional office staff with personnel, purchasing, and general service duties. This role requires initiative, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing workflow demands.
Responsibilities include:
Additional duties involve procurement via Ariba On Demand, reviewing purchases for compliance, processing invoices, requisitions, and purchase card charges, and assisting with employee travel expenditures.
All candidates will undergo background checks, sex offender registry checks, and pre-employment drug screening. Employment is contingent upon successful screening.
Participation in E-Verify is required. If hired with an out-of-state license, a Florida driver’s license must be obtained within 30 days.
