Position: Administrative Assistant II

The core responsibilities of this role include: payroll, timesheets, time keeping records, data entry, event planning, office supply inventory management, placing orders, and scheduling meetings.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Pay: $23.00/hour

Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses!

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Assist with company events for employees

  • Data reporting and analysis
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year payroll experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email systems

Role Purpose:

Provide administrative and clerical support to management, including personnel records management. Work under the supervision of the General Manager, offering personal secretarial services and administrative assistance. Exercise discretion and judgment, providing courteous, responsive, and accurate information to associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen telephone calls and visitors, redirect as appropriate
  • Provide information to callers, with knowledge of company policies and operations
  • Perform confidential administrative functions, including report typing, proofing, and assembling
  • Maintain departmental records and prepare reports
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Manage correspondence and delegate tasks as appropriate
  • Follow up on delegated assignments
  • Maintain confidential filing systems
  • Process weekly payroll records
  • Serve as a communication point for associates
  • Operate office equipment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
  • Two years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
