Job Summary/Description:

Join our team as a Tax Reporting and Compliance professional, where you will support the preparation and maintenance of tax records, returns, and reports for internal and external clients. Responsibilities include coordinating tax-related regulatory filings, gathering data, providing status updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory changes, conducting quality assurance on tax deliverables, and overseeing junior team members.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide operational support for tax record preparation and maintenance.
  2. Coordinate tax-related regulatory filings.
  3. Gather required data elements for regulatory filings.
  4. Update tax forms and information return layouts.
  5. Perform quality assurance checks on tax deliverables.
  6. Review work of junior team members and resolve data discrepancies.
Skills:
  1. Strong documentation skills.
  2. Experience with W8/W9 tax form processing is a bonus.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  4. Excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a business discipline preferred.

Pay Rate Range

Min Pay Rate: $18.63, Max Pay Rate: $23.29 USD hourly
