Come grow with us! The Oklahoma Forensic Center (OFC) located in Vinita, OK is a 24 hour/365 day secure inpatient forensic facility that provides jail competency services for the State of Oklahoma. Currently, OFC has 268 beds for consumers who have been found incompetent for adjudication or adjudicated as Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity.
The incumbent in this position will serve in the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Department with responsibilities to include: Ability to obtain and track factual data and input into various monitoring modalities, perform audits on facility departments to ensure compliance with accreditation standards, daily monitoring for Risk Assessment items, develop and maintain confidential or complex files, utilize data processing equipment to provide requested information, review and edit documents and reports, examine and verify reports and other documents for completeness, appropriateness, adequacy and conformity to established requirements and resolves discrepancies and refers complex discrepancies to appropriate staff and other duties as assigned.
