Metropolitan State University of Denver is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant for the Day Leadership Academy within the School of Hospitality. This part-time role supports hospitality-focused programming and engages with Denver's hospitality community.

You will work closely with DLA leadership and faculty on initiatives connecting professionals with events and learning experiences, performing a mix of administrative tasks and external-facing projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in hospitality, marketing, communication, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation across Denver Metro area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and ability to create newsletters.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and evaluate Day Leadership Academy programs and services.
• Assist with creation, coordination, and dissemination of office outreach and communications.
• Collect, organize, enter, and maintain program data and support evaluation/reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for executive seminars, speaker series, conferences and other DLA programs.
• Track course/program timelines and deadlines; support marketing, outreach, recruitment, and enrollment.
