Job Summary:

Responsibilities include performing various administrative and clerical duties and not limited to
payroll review, billing and maintenance documentation and communication with all levels of the
organization.


Essential Functions:

• Assist the Assistant General Managers, as necessary.


• Manages calendars, information, files, communication, financial records, office supplies,
personnel timecards, payroll records and administrative budget.

• Independently initiates, follows up on, and completes assignments and special projects.


• Assists in preparation of graphs or spreadsheets pertaining to analysis when requested.


• Assists with developing, writing, and submitting Poker and Bingo promotions. Communicates promotion requirements with Marketing and submits Poker and Bingo newsletter information each month.


• Process billings and requisitions as directed and maintain supplies needed for the Poker and
Bingo Departments.


• Assists with completing traditional leave forms, tracking on the traditional leave spreadsheet,
and submitting approved requests to Payroll in a timely manner.


• Work collaboratively with Poker and Bingo Departments and assist as needed during
traditional leave.


• Assists with writing and submitting job descriptions, Standard Operating Procedures, and
Policies and Procedures for the Administration, Poker and Bingo Departments.


• Utilize the Poker Atlas and the EPIC Bingo System to generate and analyze reports.


• Assist with scheduling and conducting training classes as needed.


• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.


Other Functions:


• Assist with the duties of the Executive Administrative Assistant as needed.
• Attend and participate in all department and casino mandatory meetings as required.
• Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training classes as assigned and required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• This position is regularly required to sit for extended periods, also standing, walking,
bending, reaching with hands and arms, talking and listening on a regular basis can be
expected.
• Concentration for extended periods of time will occur regularly.
• Specific vision ability required by this positions include close vision, distance vision,
peripheral vision and depth perception.
• Effective communication in person and using telecommunication equipment is required at all
times.
• Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate a computer key board, touch-screen
display, telephone and calculator is required at all times.
• The ability to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs. is required occasionally.


Work Environment:

• The primary constant work location for this position is a shared semi-private office space on
the 2nd floor of the casino accessible by stairs or elevator.
• Work will be performed in a temperature controlled, smoke free environment, under
florescent lighting with primarily low noise levels.
• Occasional presence will be required to perform work on the casino floor or areas open to the
casino floor which is a smoke-filled environment with low to high noise levels and low to
high levels of florescent lighting.
• Occasional presence will be required in back-of-house location on the first floor off the
casino main floor in providing services to team members or management working in those
locations.
• Occasional periods of working under high pressure and for long hours under stressful
conditions can be expected.
• This position may be exposed to the occasional risk associated with attempting to resolve
issues with difficult guests and irate team members.


Required Criteria:

• A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
• The demonstrated ability to effectively address multiple competing priorities on an ongoing
basis.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships within all levels of a
company or organization.
• Advanced level of proficiency with the Microsoft suite (word, excel, power point), internet
use.
• Must demonstrate effective English verbal and written communication skills; experience with
public speaking or speaking in front of large groups highly desirable. Ability to pass a verbal
assessment testing reading comprehension levels and analytic skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission Gaming License, including
successful completion of background check necessary to obtain and maintain License.
Responsible to keep all documents current and valid at all times.
• Must be able to provide authorization to work in the United States.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
• Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours if
required.


Preferred Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree.
• One (1) year of casino experience.
• One (1) year of administrative experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and other languages are a plus.
Other Criteria:
• Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas and qualified Native American preference is
observed.
