Quality Correctional Care in Carmel, Indiana is seeking an Assistant / Filing Clerk to support data entry, record-keeping and system data transfers. This temporary role offers potential to become full-time and requires a proactive mindset aligned with our core values of Advocacy, Courtesy, Efficiency, and Safety.

You will assist with data entry, maintain information across platforms, and help the team deliver consistent patient care and client service.

Qualifications

• High level of motivation and commitment to QCC's mission and core values.
• Excellent computer skills and data entry experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work across systems and transfer data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to team members to deliver excellent patient care and service to clients.
• Transfer data to new systems and maintain up-to-date information inside company platforms.
• Work across platforms ensuring data integrity and timely updates.

Assistant / Filing Clerk Mandatory Functions:

This position will be temporary with a possibility of becoming full time.The primary function of this position is to provide necessary support to other team members with the common goal of providing excellent patient care and service to our clients. This position will also work extensively in all platforms to transfer data to new systems and maintain up-to-date information inside of company platforms. Assistant / Filing Clerk Location:

Carmel, Indiana with option of working remotely after trained

Assistant / Filing Clerk Job Type:

Full-time, Monday-Friday while training. Schedule can be flexible following training.
