This range is provided by Planet Pharma. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $32.00/hr

$28 - $32 per hr

Woburn, MA - 3 days onsite initially (T-Th)

6 month contract to hire

REQUIRED:

  • Experience in administration/coordination roles from a hospital, patient/provider, healthcare setting
  • Any events planning/management/coordination experience is ideal

In this role, we want you to take your skills and experience and help us with the following:

  • Admin support of planning and hosting speaker programs - center of education in new hospitals
  • Providing administrative support related to the execution of training and education programs - including but not limited to invoice and expense management, product/inventory shipment, event scheduling/coordination, travel and contracting logistics
  • Expense and training needs - a lot of doctors require travel assistance, collecting info that the travel agency needs to make bookings and then closing out payment after
  • Invoice submissions to AP team
  • Physicians often need help submitting their expenses - this person would be the POC for this, must be able to provide white glove service
  • Assist with field communications and requests as needed supporting the marketing department
  • Manage the event calendar and related promotional /graphics needs for invitations and marketing collateral
  • Facilitate Medical/Legal/Regulatory approvals within the Veeva Ad/Prom tool for marketing, promotional and training material
  • Assist with event metrics tracking and the maintenance of marketing reports on a monthly cadence
