Job Summary: The Executive Assistant position is essential to maintaining the effective and efficient operation of the Chief Operating Officer's Departments.
This role provides critical administrative support, including managing schedules and meetings, coordinating communications, preparing documents and reports, maintaining records, and assisting with follow‑up on organizational priorities.
Demonstrate ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience coordinating executive calendars, meetings, travel, committees, and special projects.
Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels, external agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing professional correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and presentations.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Prior experience supporting leadership preferably in a healthcare, behavioral health, or state government setting.
May research, investigate, and/or resolve program data or issues.
