Position Details

Support the Cadet Activities Fund (CAF) with yearbook advisory duties. Support day-to-day operations, manage a $1M+ budget, assist in contract solicitation, and provide training on fiscal management. Oversee the production of the annual US Coast Guard Academy Tide Rips yearbook, coordinate with cadet staff, and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree or three years of experience; preferred bachelor’s degree and four years of experience.
  • Financial management familiarity, leadership skills, excellent communication, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred: yearbook experience, desktop publishing, graphic design, webpage management, QuickBooks proficiency.
