Job Summary:

We are looking for a bilingual Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team. As a front staff administrative assistant, you will be instrumental in managing the daily functions of our orthodontic practice. This includes scheduling, addressing patient inquiries in person, via phone, and through email with the utmost professionalism. Additionally, you will manage new patient consultations and onboarding, collaborate with team members and the practice manager to maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, and manage both patient payables and receivables.

Responsibilities:

  1. Help oversee daily operations of the orthodontic practice
  2. Work closely with other team members to ensure all needs are being met
  3. Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
  4. Handle accounts payable and receivable
  5. Handle scheduling

Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated experience with dental administrative practice desired
  2. Strong familiarity with Apple MAC computer desired
  3. Experience with accounts receivable and backend office management desired
  4. Strong time management and organizational skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
