Job Description
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily communication and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Handle communication and administrative tasks such as answering emails
- Upload and manage confidential documents
- Summarize incoming and outgoing emails into an insurance claim database
- Complete documents and templates on behalf of executive
- Communicate with insurance claimants, primarily via email
