A state agency in Arizona is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to support the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health. The successful candidate will manage data entry, prepare reports, and communicate with the public and internal staff. Competence in Salesforce and strong organizational skills are essential. This position offers a salary of $17.00 per hour and is located in Phoenix, Arizona, with potential for remote work as needed.

This position reports to the Admin Supervisor of the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH) and has frequent contact with the public and internal staff in the Division. The position performs data entry, prepares ADOSH correspondence, letter, memos, Salesforce chatter, and updating ADOSH un-programmed activity (UPA) matters through closure. Prepares reports for ADOSH Intake Supervisor, Admin Supervisor or Deputy Director for review on completed UPA's.

AZ Driver’s License Required
Must possess valid Arizona Driver's License. Required In-state and out-of-state travel is required. Requires possession of and ability to retain a current, valid state-issued driver's license appropriate to the assignment. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver's license record checks, must complete any required driver training. Employees may be required to use their own transportation, as well as maintaining valid motor vehicle insurance and current Arizona vehicle registration; however, mileage will be reimbursed.
