The Undersea Technology Portfolio, within SPA's Sea, Land, & Air Division, conducts rigorous and objective analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions, plans, and strategies to deliver emerging technologies and warfighting capabilities. We support clients across the undersea, naval special warfare, and expeditionary warfare enterprises, including those within resourcing and requirements, acquisition, and science and technology.
SPA is seeking an Administrative Assistance in support of NAVSEA's Naval Special Warfare Program Office.
The primary role involves providing general administrative support to ensure the overall organization and smooth day‑to‑day operations of PMS 340. This includes managing schedules by maintaining calendars, setting appointments, responding to invitations, and keeping direct managers informed of constantly evolving circumstances. Additional responsibilities involve arranging travel and assisting in the organization of scheduled meetings. The position requires preparing and coordinating office communications, memoranda, and correspondence, as well as maintaining electronic files, databases, and business unit calendars. There is also a need to prepare presentations, reports, and large documents as required. In select cases, responsibilities may extend to coordinating audits of classified hard drives, handling classified materials, or preparing these materials for meetings. Moreover, the role may include maintaining contract, personnel, and financial files or reports. Attendance at a designated work location, potentially up to full‑time, is required based on the company's needs.

Salary information: Washington, DC Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $38.46/Hr. – USD $43.27/Hr. (General guideline; salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.)
