High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent attention to detail.
Analytical thinker, proactive problem solver, and effective communicator who can interact confidently with internal teams and external partners.
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
Ability to pass background checks and comply with drug and alcohol policy, including pre‑employment D&A testing.
Satisfactory professional references.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
