Job summary

Industrial Inspection & Analysis (IIA) is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative team at the St. Louis lab for immediate employment. You will assist with typewritten test reports, client communications, and routine office tasks to support a smooth operation.

Starting pay is $19/hr. The role requires a High School diploma, admin experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. You will also help with invoicing and basic customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Administrative Assistant experience or related field preferred.
• Customer service oriented and professional communication required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
