Greet and welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain the front desk and reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and assist with general questions .
Assist with visitor check-in and notify team members when guests arrive.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and document preparation.
Help maintain organized electronic and physical records.
Monitor office and breakroom supplies and assist with restocking and ordering as needed.
Assist with preparing basic reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other documents.
Help prepare materials and workspaces for new employees and office meetings.
Provide administrative support to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and other departments as needed.
Assist with general office organization and day-to-day administrative needs.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling employee, client, and company information.
Perform additional administrative and office support duties as assigned.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Authorized to work in the United States.
Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills and comfort using email and common office programs.
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or Teams is a plus.
Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or office experience is a plus.
Must successfully complete required background screening.
Reliable transportation required .
