Job summary

Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation, affiliate of National Health Care Associates, seeks a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors. This entry-level role offers the chance to earn while learning about long-term care and its opportunities.

You will greet guests, handle phones and inquiries, coordinate appointments, and assist with resident activities in a warm, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must read, write and comprehend English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in receptionist or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with office equipment and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.

What You'll Do
As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. Rate of Pay
USD $22.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications of a Receptionist include:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
• Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families
