Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Director of Shred Right Operations & Employee Support.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, schedules and follow-up activities.
  • Track assignments, deadlines, and action items across multiple departments.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, reports, presentations, and company announcements.
  • Support companywide projects, strategic priorities, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Anticipate administrative needs and proactively address issues.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation materials, and required documentation.
  • Respond to routine employee questions and connect team members with the appropriate resources.
  • Support employee meetings, training sessions, recognition programs, and company events.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and protect confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Facilitate clear, timely communication among Customer Engagement, Operations, Security Operators, Sales, and other departments.

Shred Right is seeking a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Shred Right Operations and Employee Support. This visible, fast-paced role connects people, priorities, and information across the organization.

No two days look the same. You may coordinate meetings, prepare communications, assist with onboarding, organize projects, or resolve administrative issues. Your ability to anticipate needs, follow through, and keep priorities moving will make a meaningful impact across the company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Keep Priorities Moving Forward

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Salary: $80,000–$85,000, depending on experience
  • Pay Cycle: Semi-Monthly
