Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team remotely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong background in administrative support, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to department leaders and project teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and time tracking.
  • Support internal communications and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with tools like SAP, SharePoint, or Concur is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting teams in the energy, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is an advantage.
