POSITION SUMMARY


Administrative Assistant will assist with administrative duties and responsibilities at Fincantieri Marinette Marine



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Assist with and maintain relationships with employees and visitors who contact the facility.

  • Read and analyze incoming mail, memos, letters, and reports to determine their significance and distribute appropriately to departments.

  • Check in visitors through the PASS system.

  • Answer and direct phone calls or take messages for appropriate parties.

  • Make copies of documentation.

  • Intake requests from employees and distribute to the appropriate parties.

  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels.

  • Comply with all safety and health regulations.

  • Follow company procedures and protocols.

  • Perform general administrative duties such as but not limited to: filing, photocopying, sorting and distributing correspondence maintaining database records.

  • Facilitating the gift and dessert purchase for the FMM Retirement Program.

  • Coordinating with backup's for lunch relief daily.
