Health Connect America in the Knoxville area is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide regional admin support and receptionist duties. You will help manage correspondence, records, and basic bookkeeping, while assisting in preparing agendas and supporting staff orientation.
The role uses Carelogic for client data and requires strong organizational skills and reliable communication. The position is full-time, on-site, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team

The primary over-riding duty of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the members of management in the region, all other direct service providers in the region; or, if assigned to the corporate office, to an assigned department (s). The Administrative Assistant may also serve as the region or Corporate Office's receptionist.
At minimum, a high school diploma.
An Associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred, alongside at least one year of relevant work experience, internships, or volunteer roles within administrative or clerical settings.
