About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented and results-driven team member. This is a critical role that requires excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to support many team members.

Responsibilities

  • Advisor Monthly Call support: Coordinate and manage content and the creation of the power point for these webinars. Provide Admin support on the calls via Zoom.
  • HubSpot data input: import lists, create new contacts, update contact information, and more.
  • Contract management coordination for new PE clients. Coordinate invoices with AP for these new contracts upon signature.
  • Some calendar management for leadership team members.
  • Special projects.
  • Assist with quarterly Board deck creation and meeting logistics.
  • Meeting planning – virtual and on-site quarterly and annual planning of logistics for Leadership Team meetings.
  • Order staff supplies.
  • Trademark tracking and documentation management for company IP.

Qualifications

  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Quick learner.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and good follow up.
  • Ability to work remotely. Computer and office supplies provided.
  • 5 years of work experience. College degree preferred.
