We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Medical Director and clinical leadership team. This position is responsible for calendar and meeting management, provider onboarding support, credentialing coordination, travel arrangements, expense tracking, documentation management, and assisting with operational projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clinical, operational, and administrative departments, helping to coordinate activities across multiple states and ensure continuity of care support services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Corporate Medical Director and designated clinical leadership staff.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, conference calls, and appointments across multiple states and departments.
  • Assist with clinical operations support by helping coordinate activities between providers, care coordination teams, and operational leaders.
  • Monitor, track, and assist with provider onboarding, credentialing, recredentialing, and other compliance-related requirements.
  • Support care coordination initiatives and assist in identifying and addressing operational gaps within assigned markets.
  • Manage and maintain confidential records, reports, correspondence, and other business documentation.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics as required.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical, operational, administrative, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and organizational priorities as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in required training programs and maintain proficiency in systems and technologies utilized by the organization.
  • Adhere to all applicable company policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Perform additional duties and assignments as directed by management.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience required.
  • Previous experience supporting executives, physicians, healthcare leaders, or clinical operations strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record-keeping system.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, working with providers, other admin staff, and contacts outside the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
