Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced project office. You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams, providing essential administrative support, documentation, and efficient communication.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of admin experience in a construction or industrial setting, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience (construction or industrial environment preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HR and onboarding processes within a construction or field operations setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced construction office supporting multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in employees, subcontractors, vendors, and visitors in a professional and timely manner
  • Answer and route inbound phone calls, responding to jobsite and project-related inquiries
  • Support new hire onboarding, orientation scheduling, badging, and paperwork coordination
  • Complete accurate employee time entry, payroll support, and recordkeeping for field personnel
  • Project logs, purchase orders and invoices, equipment tracking logs
  • Assist Project Management and field leadership with administrative project support
  • Scan, upload, and organize project files using document management systems and imaging software
  • Maintain organized filing systems for compliance, safety, and project records
  • Support communication between field crews, management, and corporate departments

Job Summary
