What You’ll Do

As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our administrative operations, supporting our teams with day-to-day tasks. Your role will involve:

  • Managing and organizing schedules, meetings, and calendars
  • Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handling email correspondence and responding to inquiries promptly
  • Assisting with data entry and database maintenance
  • Coordinating virtual meetings and conference calls
  • Supporting internal teams with various administrative needs
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 1-2+ years of administrative or office support experience (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and video conferencing tools
