Job summary

Novartis Services, Inc. in East Hanover, New Jersey, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the FRA Head US and FRA US leadership team, delivering organization, calendar management, and proactive support in a fast-paced environment.

You will leverage Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other digital tools to boost productivity, coordinate meetings and travel, and help drive culture and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Benefits & Rewards

The salary for this position is expected to range between $70,000 - $130,000 USD Annual per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards. US-based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits. In addition, employees are eligible for a generous time off package including vacation, personal days, holidays and other leaves.
