As an Administrative Assistant supporting the FRA Head US and the FRA US leadership team, you will be a trusted partner who brings organization, efficiency, and a proactive mindset to a fast-paced environment. From managing executive calendars and coordinating key meetings to leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools to simplify work, you will have a visible impact on team effectiveness, collaboration, and culture across the organization.
The salary for this position is expected to range between $70,000 - $130,000 USD Annual per year.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
