Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Ann Arbor, MI team in a hybrid, full-time role. You will support Account Managers, handle enrollments and renewals, and communicate with carriers and clients to ensure accurate and timely service.

You will organize records, prepare client-facing materials, respond to inquiries, and help with ACA compliance, contributing to strong client relationships and efficient operations within the employee benefits practice.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in servicing small group employee benefits clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinate enrollments, terminations, and benefit changes with carriers and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Assist with employee benefits renewals by gathering data, preparing proposals, and reviewing plan options.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding benefits, billing, eligibility, and claims with professionalism and urgency.
• Maintain organized and accurate client records within agency management systems and carrier platforms.
• Prepare client-facing materials, including spreadsheets, presentations, and benefits summaries that support informed decision-making.
• Partner with insurance carriers to resolve issues, track outstanding items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist with compliance-related documentation and processes, including ACA-related requirements.

Pay Range

Pay Range $24.04 - $26.44 USD
