Peak Trust Company is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive Fiduciary Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting others, and learning new things while managing a variety of responsibilities.
As a Fiduciary Assistant, you will work closely with Fiduciary Officers and other team members to support the day-to-day administration of client accounts. This role provides an opportunity to develop a strong foundation in trust administration while gaining experience that can lead to continued growth within Peak.
You are someone the team can depend on to keep things organized, follow through, and communicate when something needs attention. You take ownership of your responsibilities without needing constant direction while recognizing when a decision needs to be escalated.
As you grow in the role, you will develop a foundational understanding of trusts, fiduciary administration, and the systems and processes used to support our clients.
