Job description

Position: Administrative Assistant

Company: Loenbro

Location: Anaheim, CA

Reports To: Project Manager

Loenbro is looking for an outgoing, organized, and efficient individual to work with our team in our Anaheim, CA location. This position is responsible for performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to answering phones, routing calls, disseminating mail/email, filing, managing spread sheets, and supporting field workers with their needs.

Job Duties
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Follow all established processes and guidelines.
  • Ability to maintain daily work schedules for field personnel.
  • Must be able to order electrical materials for various projects.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, mail, and in-person.
  • Performs filing, scanning, and copying.
  • Performs varies data entry tasks within specific computer software.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience minimum, preferably working for a construction company.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse population.
  • Ability to meet deadline requirements.
  • Must maintain the upmost professionalism and confidentiality skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude with everyone.
Essential Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Potential exposure to construction jobsites.
  • Potential or periodic amounts of time for the following:
  • Walking, sitting, or standing for periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds on occasion.
  • Driving is required for this position; valid driver's license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records search and must be 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle.
