Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative and logistical functions.
  • Prepare and maintain records, including personnel, property, maintenance, and operational records.
  • Prepare periodic/scheduled reports.
  • Maintain duty schedules and timesheets.
  • Coordinate transportation for TO personnel, including country clearance telegrams and in-country security, ensuring in-country housing needs are met. (Note: This does not include making travel arrangements such as airline tickets or hotel reservations.)
  • Coordinate shipping arrangements, ensuring compliance with customs and procedures.
  • Perform supply, receiving, and warehousing activities as specified in WPS III IDIQ, - Section C of this contract.
  • Coordinate billeting, storage, and maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate accounting of all TO equipment and supplies using a computerized system.
  • Perform other administrative functions as assigned by the U.S. Government.
Qualifications

For bio approval, the ALSS shall meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen/TCN/LN, as specified in the TO.
  • Must demonstrate Level 3 English proficiency.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain management or a Certified Professional Property Specialist certification.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative and logistical support management, including property management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic record management.
Additional Requirements
  • Complete NPSS training and obtain necessary security clearances before starting work.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • No impediments to traveling overseas, including to countries considered dangerous or unhealthy.

Note: Qualified individuals may be temporarily assigned to alternate positions based on program needs and project management discretion.
