What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Deans, Program Directors, and faculty to enhance the School of Nursing
- Coordinate graduate program events and assist with clinical placements and onboarding processes
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, as well as manage supply orders and purchase orders
- Serve as a liaison to the Office of the Registrar and maintain records in accordance with accreditation standards
- Collect and maintain evaluations related to clinical placements and assist in accreditation visits
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of a high school diploma and two years of experience in an administrative support position in a professional setting
- Proficiency in MS WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of work
- Must effectively interact with students, faculty, and healthcare industry professionals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Evidence of success in a customer service role
