What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide administrative support to the Associate Deans, Program Directors, and faculty to enhance the School of Nursing
  • Coordinate graduate program events and assist with clinical placements and onboarding processes
  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, as well as manage supply orders and purchase orders
  • Serve as a liaison to the Office of the Registrar and maintain records in accordance with accreditation standards
  • Collect and maintain evaluations related to clinical placements and assist in accreditation visits
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma and two years of experience in an administrative support position in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in MS WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of work
  • Must effectively interact with students, faculty, and healthcare industry professionals
