The Client provides executive services designed to simplify administrative tasks, enabling high-stakes poker players and entrepreneurs to concentrate on their core activities while optimizing productivity and efficiency.

Job Description
  1. Handle daily financial business transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Manage QuickBooks to maintain up-to-date financial records.
  3. Track and report on budgets, identifying variances and providing recommendations.
  4. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining digital records.
  5. Conduct operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of work processes.
Must Haves
  1. Relevant experience with a strong background in finance/bookkeeping.
  2. QuickBooks proficiency.
  3. Basic AI savviness (e.g., ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT for research and simple process improvements).
  4. Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets for financial data management.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Analytical thinking for identifying financial discrepancies.
  7. Organizational skills to manage multiple financial tasks.
  8. Problem-solving abilities for handling financial errors.
  9. Confidentiality & ethics in handling sensitive financial information.
  10. Proactivity: Takes the initiative to anticipate needs and propose effective solutions.
  11. Adaptability: Maintaining a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
Home Office Requirements
