A leading healthcare provider is seeking an Admin Officer Grade 3 to join their team. This role focuses on delivering essential administrative support to a rapidly growing Virtual Care team, requiring a high level of customer service and attention to detail. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
The primary purpose of MNC Virtual Care is to reduce preventable admissions and decrease length of hospital stay through virtual Urgent Care delivery, early intervention and care navigation to people who have been identified as at risk of Emergency Department presentation and hospitalisation.
To support this purpose, MNC Virtual Care manages a high volume of calls and administrative tasks, particularly during peak periods, operating in a fast-paced, call-centre-like environment.
The Administrative Officer will provide essential administrative support, including MS Excel skills, patient registration, data entry, reconciliation, and answering phone enquiries. The role ensures timely and accurate services for the Virtual Care team, in line with Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
