Overview

In a dyad leadership structure, responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patients. Managing Medical Directors oversee participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management. They work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), quality leadership, and other executive teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice. This role combines clinical expertise, leadership, and operations planning, serving in both clinical and leadership capacities depending on the specialty and location.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve patient care quality within a dyad leadership structure.
• Oversee participant care, clinical outcomes, and quality assessment initiatives.
• Collaborate with CMO and executive teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Serve in clinical and leadership roles, depending on specialty and location.
