A leading company in construction and engineering services is seeking an Administrative Assistant & Timekeeper II to support project teams with timekeeping and administrative tasks. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and relevant administrative experience, ideally in a construction environment.
The Administrative Assistant & Timekeeper II is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to Civil project teams and the regional office with a focus on daily timekeeping and personnel tracking to support Civil field operations. This role requires a working knowledge of time entry procedures and systems and general office operations.
