We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to serve as the key liaison between Sandpoint business teams and IT organizations. This role will support local priorities, projects, business applications, and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, MRO, machine connectivity, and digital continuity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and business processes, with the ability to translate operational needs into actionable solutions while partnering with local and global stakeholders.
The compensation range is $85,000 to $100,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
