Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree dans un domaine connexe.
• 5–8+ années d’expérience dans l’aéronautique/manufacturing ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience avec PLM, MES, ERP, MRO, Reporting.
• Expérience avérée en collecte des exigences, tests, déploiements et adoption par les utilisateurs.
• Bonne gestion des parties prenantes et compétences en communication.
• Capacité à influencer et à diriger des équipes transverses sans autorité directe.
• Expérience dans des organisations multi-sites et internationales, orientation aéronautique.

Responsibilities

• Servir de point de contact principal entre les équipes métier et l’IT pour les initiatives locales.
• Collaborer avec l’ingénierie, la fabrication, la Qualité, la Supply Chain, la maintenance et la direction pour identifier les besoins et opportunités.
• Soutenir les projets de transformation via la collecte des exigences, les tests, la planification du déploiement et l’adoption par les utilisateurs.
• Collaborer avec les équipes nord-américaines et françaises pour livrer des solutions standardisées et durables.
• Construire des relations avec les propriétaires de processus et les parties prenantes clés pour assurer le succès des projets.

Job Title ADMINISTRATEUR SYSTEMES, RESEAU & BASE DE DONNEES

The facility supports design, manufacturing, development, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities for the Kodiak 100 and Kodiak 900, serving customers worldwide. The team of approximately 300 employees builds airplanes starting largely from raw materials, all the way through painting, to final assembly, defining built by hand in Sandpoint Idaho. Beyond final assembly is comprehensive customer service, aircraft maintenance, technical support, and quality oversight, while continuing to engineer the next generation of Kodiak capability.

We are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to serve as the key liaison between Sandpoint business teams and IT organizations. This role will support local priorities, projects, business applications, and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, MRO, machine connectivity, and digital continuity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and business processes, with the ability to translate operational needs into actionable solutions while partnering with local and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT for local initiatives, projects, and operational support.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and site leadership to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Support transformation projects through requirements gathering, testing, deployment planning, and user adoption activities.
• Collaborate with North American and French business and IT teams to deliver sustainable, standardized solutions.
• Build strong relationships with process owners, key stakeholders, and decision-makers to ensure project success.
• Coordinate priorities, communicate risks, and support solutions that meet aerospace requirements for quality, traceability, compliance, cybersecurity, and operational performance.
• Support QSE initiatives, including issue resolution, training requirements, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, engineering, industrial operations, business process management, or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of aircraft manufacturing processes, including engineering, product definition, configuration management, manufacturing preparation, and shop-floor execution.
• Experience working with engineering, PLM, MES, ERP, MRO, reporting, or manufacturing-related business applications.
• Proven experience gathering requirements, coordinating testing, supporting deployments, and driving user adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience collaborating within multi-site and international organizations.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience required.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Sandpoint, Idaho.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Kodiak aircraft operations or the Sandpoint manufacturing site.
• Experience working with global teams, particularly in North America and France.

Travel Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel within the United States and internationally, including France, as needed.

Information related to the position:

The compensation range is $85,000 to $100,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
